Hello Donna, I stopped by and read your blog...I love your nature table. You do wonderful work on your dolls. I have to ask what does skate taste like..I didn't know you can eat them...can you tell I don't live by the ocean!LOL! I would like to add your blog to my list of blogs I read..would that be ok? When we read about preparing skate a lot of people likened the flavor to scallops - but I thought it had more the texture and flavor of crab.
